JZALA Establishment is the core of JZALA Investment Group. Since it was founded on 18th September 1967G, it has specialized in general contracts in the fields of roads, bridges, dams, sewerage and water drainage systems in addition to all kinds of mechanical, electrical and maintenance works.

Investment in the Real Estate is one of the main activities of the Group. Many successful agreements and projects have been implemented in this regard including: Rental agreement for 20 years signed with Al-Olayan Foodstuff, holder of the franchise of Burger King international chain of restaurants to rent some parcels of land in Riyadh and Eastern Province.
JZALA for Real Estate Investment has, in hand, a number of parcels of land in strategic locations in major cities in the Kingdom including Riyadh,Al-Khobar and Dammam which can be utilized for any type of investment. JZALA for Real Estate Investment has a chain of gas and auto services stations in important locations in Riyadh. The same activity is to be extended to cover the eastern Province. Among properties of JZALA for Real Estate Investment are a number of stories in major malls in Riyadh as well as rented show rooms including Al-Rumaih Furniture Showroom.
JZALA for Real Estate Investment is constructing a 104 villa compound as well as a hygienic center (Al-Qashlah road formerly, the Airport Road).
